To secure your reservation, a deposit of 16% of the total tour cost ($16) is required. The final payment is due 30 days before departure. If booking within 30 days of departure,full payment of $84 is required.

*Please note that the cruise itinerary and schedule may change or be canceled due to weather conditions, especially during typhoon season. Advance registration is required for all passengers, including full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number, and a valid visa for Vietnam.

*Yangtze River Cruise:

Two adults will share one cabin on board. The price includes all meals and activities specified in the program. Please note that dinner on the first night and lunch on the last day are not included. Check-in for the Yangtze River cruise is between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the specified wharf, and check-out is around 8:30 AM on the last day. A king-size bed cabin cannot be guaranteed on the Yangtze River cruise.

The cancellation fee will be determined based on the date we receive your written cancellation notice, following the Cancellation Policy outlined below:

1) Cancellation notification received 14 days prior to departure date: 0% of total cost of holiday will be charged..

2) Cancellation notification received 7 to 13 days prior to departure date: 10% of total cost of holiday will be charged.

3) Cancellation notification received 3 to 6 days prior to departure date: 50% of total cost of holiday will be charged.

4) Cancellation notification received 2 to 0 days prior to departure date: 100% of total cost of holiday will be charged.

Note:

1) If applicable, additional cancellation fees imposed by third-party service providers (including, but not limited to, banks, payment platforms, airlines, cruises, hotels, and railway companies) will be deducted from the refundable amount.

2) Changing the traveler(s) is considered a cancellation and is subject to the policy outlined above.

3) Once the tour has started, we cannot refund any amount for unused services (including, but not limited to, hotels, air or train tickets, meals, and admission fees) due to early departure, late arrival, or missed days on the tour.

4) Special terms may apply in promotions.

1. Your tour will follow the itinerary we've arranged. You're welcome to explore at your own pace without impacting the service provided by your guide.

2. When you meet your tour guides, they will review the itinerary with you. If you have any changes or adjustments, please let them know.

3. If you decide to visit a place not included in the itinerary, there may be additional charges.

1. Depending on the country you visit, you'll either have a well-trained and experienced tour guide and driver at each destination, or an English-speaking driver providing escort service throughout your trip. They will not fly with you between destinations unless otherwise arranged.

2. Our tour guides or drivers work up to 8 hours per day or 4 hours per half day. Evening activities are optional and can be added to your itinerary upon request, with an additional cost.

3. Drivers are prohibited from using cell phones, chatting, or smoking while driving.

4. In hot seasons or tropical areas, daily activities can start as early as 8:00 or 8:30 AM to avoid traffic jam.

1. Private transfers are guaranteed at each destination during your trip unless otherwise arranged.

2. All vehicles provided by Go Find Orient at each destination will be in excellent condition. Luxury vehicles can be arranged for an additional charge.

3. Vehicles at different destinations will vary based on your group size. If you have a lot of luggage, please inform your travel consultant in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements, which may incur an additional cost.

1. Daily breakfast is included, along with some lunches and dinners as specified in the itinerary.

2. On days when lunch or dinner is not included, your guide or driver can recommend places to enjoy local delicacies, or you may choose to dine at your hotel.

2. Any price increase due to changing hotels will be at your own expense.
